My Story

My journey with music began at age seven, when I first sat at my grandmother's upright piano and discovered that keys could speak what words could not. After years of classical training and a degree in piano performance, I found myself drawn equally to the intimate art of songwriting. Today, I perform both classical repertoire and my own contemporary compositions, finding that each discipline enriches the other in unexpected ways. My influences span centuries—from the emotional landscapes of Chopin and Debussy to the poetic vulnerability of Joni Mitchell and the minimalist beauty of Arvo Pärt. I'm fascinated by how a single melody can carry the weight of an entire story, and I strive to honor that power in every piece I perform. Whether interpreting the masters or sharing my own songs, I approach each note with the same commitment to honesty and craftsmanship. I've had the privilege of performing in venues ranging from historic concert halls to intimate listening rooms, and I've released two albums that showcase both my classical interpretations and original compositions. My work has been featured on classical radio stations and contemporary music platforms alike, and I've collaborated with chamber ensembles, solo artists, and orchestras. Each performance is an opportunity to create a shared moment of beauty and reflection. When I'm not performing or composing, I teach piano to students of all ages and serve as an advocate for music education in my community. I believe that music has the power to connect us across all boundaries, and I'm grateful every day that I get to dedicate my life to this art form. Thank you for being here and for listening.
